We are excited to participate in this year's Leaders of Polk to raise funds for Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, an organization dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to underserved communities in our area.
We are passionate about giving back. Through the invaluable services provided by Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, countless individuals and families receive necessary medical care and support, ensuring that everyone has access to the health services they need, regardless of their circumstances.
Our goal for this year’s Swan Derby is to raise $6,000 to help sustain and expand these vital programs. Every dollar we raise will directly contribute to the health and well-being of our community members who rely on these critical services. If we hit our goal we will also get to race against our classmates in the Swan Derby race!
