Dear friends, family, and the Wayzata Mafia,
As some of you may know, we (Will & Ryan) are getting back on the marathon train this Spring. For our second race under the Team One Step banner, we will be taking our talents across the pond to London!
For those of you unfamiliar with our team, we support Camp One Step's operations of camps and educational experiences for children diagnosed with cancer. Programs include a 2-week summer camp in Lake Geneva, a Utah Ski Program, and a Dude Ranch Program in Mauston, Wisconsin.
As products of the Midwest, we both cherish memories of summer days at the cabin, a sunset cruise on the pontoon, and exchanging stories around the campfire. In our view, it's a privilege all kids should get to enjoy, and we're so glad our fundraising efforts provide such experiences to kids battling cancer early in their lives. In 2022, through your support of our marathon team, we sent 30 kids to summer camp.
Along with our better halves (Paige & Katie), we have been involved with Camp One Step for the past several years -- Paige Hoesley has been a staff member for the past eight years. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for considering supporting our Marathon Team and positively impacting the lives of pediatric cancer patients, survivors, and their families.
