I truly appreciate the response I received from everyone for last year's walk. I will again be participating in this year's walk to help raise funds for the Michigan Parkinson's Foundation. John and I attend the Livonia Support Group meetings and have made many new friends and learned a lot about this neurodegenerative disease. The biggest takeaway is to keep moving so that your body won't stiffen up. I thank you in advance for any support you are able to provide.
