In 2016, I discovered my passion for working with patients who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I swear, in addition to the cardinal symptoms, this population has to also include having the nicest personalities I have encountered. Despite being diagnosed with a progressive condition, these individuals are in such good spirits and are willing to work extremely hard. My patients over the years have inspired me to move more and motivate to the best of my ability. Exercise becomes even more of a responsibility for yourself when you are diagnosed. Throughout my 9 years as a Physical Therapist, I have been fortunate to inspire and hold this patient population responsible to live their lives to the fullest and maintain as much physical ability as possible. I offer outpatient physical therapy, including LSVT BIG and PWR! in addition to Zoom Classes through the Michigan Parkinson's Foundation. My personal goal is to influence connections for those living with this condition and provide them with the best support system possible.
