Team JEC was named after Joseph Edward Connor Sr. and Jr. who both suffered from Parkinsons. Being of Irish decent we have dressed up in Irish themed gear in 2023. Both Joe Sr. and Jr. loved Christmas time and one of the photos of them together, our Team Avatar, has them pictured together as they opened white elephant gifts. In 2024's parkinson walk we did a Christmas theme, you may have seen some Santa hats along the walk. We are undecided for 2025 if we will do a new theme or do a team t-shirt.
