2025 Nemours Children's Health Philly Marathon Weekend

On Saturday November 22nd and Sunday November 23rd, 2025, various team members from the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders will be participating in the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Philadelphia Marathon Weekend to support the children and families that receive care at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 for each team member running the half marathon and $5,000 for each team member running the marathon. Due to this, you may see the goal fluctuate as more individuals decide to join the efforts to fundraise for Team Moseley. Please see below for the current team roster of individuals running for Moseley:

Funds raised will go towards the Financial Support for Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders' Families Fund. This fund is used to ease the financial burden that our families experience while navigating their child's treatment journey. Unfortunately, the everyday hardships of life don't stop when a family has a child receiving treatment for a hematological or oncological diagnosis and many families require asssitance with meals while in the hospital, transportation to/from appointments, and other unforeseen financial hardships that present a barrier to care.

Regardless of the overall fundraising goal, we must raise at least $5,000 to be able to designate the funds raised to support our fund of choice. If the $5,000 threshold is not met, all funds raised will automatically be designated to support the Nemours Children's Compassionate Care Fund, which aims to provide children with world-class care, regardless of their family's insurance or financial resources.
