Nemours Children's Health Run & Walk Associate Challenge

We are so excited to invite Nemours Associates to the Nemours Children's Health Run & Walk on Saturday, September 20th at Nemours Estate! 

Join us and our shared community as we bring together patients, families, partners, runners and more to raise funds and awareness that will exclusively benefit Nemours' clinical work in Delaware Valley. 

Gather your coworkers and register to raise funds for your department. When you sign up, you and your teammates will be entered into The Associate Challenge to earn rewards and incentives for your fundraising milestones. On race day we will celebrate your team and all your fundraising success!

• Associates who register will recieve Nemours Bib Clips to wear on race day
• Associates who raise $250 or more, will recieve a long sleeve Nemours Children's Health fleece. 
• Teams that raise $5,000 or more can designate their funds to a department or fund of their choice. 
• A trophy will be awarded to the Top Three Fundraising Teams and each team will be given a team tent in Runner's Village on race day. 
• The overall Top Associate Fundraiser will recieve a trophy and gift basket with Nemours and runner's swag. 

Rules for participating in the challenge: The registration deadline to recieve Nemours Bib Clips is Friday, September 12th. Bib clips will be given out during packet pick up or at the Nemours associates registration table the morning of the event. The fundraising deadline to recieve a long sleeve Nemours Children's Health fleece is Friday, September 12th. You must raise a minimum of $250 to recieve a fleece. Trophy's to the Top Three Fundraising Teams and the plaque and gift basket for the Top Individual Fundraiser will be awared at the event. 

Step 1: Register

Visit www.nemours.org/dvrun and click the Register button.

Choose ‘Nemours Associate’ from the participation categories.

Select your race: 5K or One-mile Fun Run

Start a team of any size or participate individually. Captains: Please recruit colleagues to join your team. The bigger your team, the more money you can raise to help children!

If you are joining an existing team, simply search the team’s name and click the team’s name to join.

Step 2: Fundraise

Funds will support the Nemours Children’s Compassionate Care Fund,* which helps restore the health of critically ill and injured children wherever the need is greatest.

*Individual participants and associate teams that raise $5,000 or more can designate their funds to support the department or program of their choice.

After you’ve registered, use your fundraising dashboard to share your team URL, send messages, ask for donations and more! This is a turn-key operation designed for your success!

Step 3: Run or Walk Together

On Saturday, September 20, we will gather at the Nemours Estate for an exciting morning with colleagues, family, and friends for a great cause! Enjoy fun activities and music in Runners Village and bring your team spirit! We’ll see you at the start line!
