Dear Athletes,
 

Way to go – you did it!  Your hard work, dedication, and talents have earned you a well-deserved spot to attend the USA Water Polo 2025 National Team Selection Camp (NTSC)!

This is an incredible achievement for you, your friends and family, your team, your coaches, and your community.  Your support system is cheering you on, and we want to echo the excitement and pride we have for you as a rising star within USA Water Polo.
 

Why Fundraising Matters

To ensure the continued success of USA Water Polo's Olympic Development Program (ODP), we kindly ask each athlete to fundraise a minimum amount of $1,425 to support this vital initiative.

Unlike other countries' teams, Team USA's ODP is not funded through government support or by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). 

For the 2025 NTSC program, our goal is to raise more than $521,000 by May 21, 2025.

This means every dollar you raise, contribute, and give directly fuels the pipeline and development of our next generation's greatest water polo players (and that's you!) – driving growth, opportunities, and successes for our sport and its bright future. 
 

How To Get Started

Now is the time to rally your friends, family, community, and support systems behind your athletic journey in water polo! 

Beginning your fundraising is simply:

1. All Athletes click the Athlete Registration button.

2. From there, an Athlete selects how they would like to participate, either as a Fundraiser or a One-Time Donation Athlete.

A Fundraiser will create a personalized page and fundraise to fulfill the amount commitment; use this option if the Athlete plans to have friends and family contribute to the Athlete's fundraising goals.

A One-Time Donation Athlete will make a single contribution to directly fulfill the amount commitment.

To help you stay on track with your fundraising success, please note the following deadlines for 2025:

* Cadet Boys NTSC:  April 23

* Youth Boys NTSC:  April 23

* Development Girls NTSC:  May 21

* Cadet Girls NTSC:  April 23

* Youth Girls NTSC:  May 21

Fundraising is fun (!), especially when you have the opportunity to reach out everyone you know and ask them to support your athletic pursuits. 

Tell what it's like to be a water polo player; describe what goes into training, how you prepare for a tournament, and most importantly, share with others about your big dreams in the sport and how their donations can help make them possible!
