The Silent Auction at PAINT THE TOWN is open to everyone! You can bid online, or using the Givi app, but you must be registered to bid. We highly recommend that you watch the videos below to get started.
When do the auctions open?
Previews both the Live and Silent Auctions are ready to view now - just click on the tabs above. Bidding for the Silent Auction will start at 8 am on Monday, April 28th. Bidding for the Live Auction will take place exclusively during the event. However, Virtual Bidders can take their chance by purchasing one or more tickets to the Best of Live Auction Raffle in advance.
I have already purchased a ticket – how do I start bidding?
You should have received an email from Qgiv with instructions to complete your registration. You can also log in to the Givi app using your email.
I am a guest of a sponsor or table host but have not yet received any information and want to start bidding. Who should I contact?
Please contact your host. Once they enter your information you will receive an email from Qgiv prompting you to complete your registration.
I can't attend - can I still bid in the Silent Auction?
We welcome all bidders! You'll need to go the Tickets & Sponsorships tab on the PAINT THE TOWN above and select the no-cost Virtual Bidder option. Complete the required information, and you'll receive a prompt to complete your registration and start bidding. If you win an auction, we'll contact you afterwards to arrange a time for item pickup.
What do I wear?
Dress code for the evening is Fun, Festive, and Fabulous! Since the night is all about celebrating the ARTS, you'll see lots of color and creativity. Whatever you wear, make sure you'll be able to dance the night away - you won't want to sit out a minute of the Motown Sound of the The Groove Spot Band.

How does the Best of Live Auction Raffle work?
Each year we sell a limited number of tickets to the Best of Live Auction Raffle. The lucky winner gets to take home their choice of Live Auction items, no bidding required. It's also a great way for people who can't attend on May 3rd to participate in the Live Auction - we'll ask you to confirm your choice of item in advance.
I'm going to need physical accommodations during the event. Who do I contact?
