Welcome to my personal page for the 1st ever Promise Walk for Preeclampsia 2025 to be held in Omaha, Nebraska.

Why I Walk

Greetings to all,

For those of you who do not know me my name is Colleen. Some of my fav things to do are going on walks and game night with my family and friends, spending time at the beach and reading/listening to books. 

My journey to motherhood was interesting. In my first and fifth pregnancies I had postpartum preeclampsia. I am also grateful for the  excellent medical care and unwavering support of my husband and family/friends I received with my fifth and final pregnancy. I am grateful to be a two-time survivor of Postpartum Preeclampsia and that I have one baby boy and baby girl with me on this side of heaven.
