2025 Promise Walks

Preeclampsia is among the top five causes of maternal deaths in the United States. Despite being highly preventable, preeclampsia incidents continue to challenge healthcare systems due primarily to delayed response to clinical warning signs by both patients and clinicians. I walk to increase awareness among patients about the signs and symptoms of preeclampsia and among clinicians about the new tools currently available through Northwell Health Labs to predict and prevent this devastating condition.
