As labor and delivery care providers: (nurses, doctors, techs, PCAs, medics, OR aids) we have the privilege of walking alongside families during some of the most meaningful, memorable yet vulnerable moments of their lives. we also know the heartbreak when things dont go as planned. We have witnessed PREECLAMPSIA and the devastation from this disease. The loss of normalcy and control. We've seen how quickly it can change the course of a pregnancy and delivery threatening the health of both moms and babies.

That’s why we walk today. We walk for the mothers who fight through fear and uncertainty. We walk for the babies who arrive too soon because of this disease. We walk for the fathers and families whose lives have been forever changed. And we walk because we believe in raising awareness, funding research, and giving hope for a future where preeclampsia no longer claims lives.
