We are walking to raise awareness and funds for preeclampsia, a condition that deeply impacted our best friend and her beautiful baby boy, Lincoln. Though Lincoln is no longer with us, his spirit continues to inspire and strengthen us every day. This cause is incredibly personal to us, as we want to honor his memory and help ensure that other families don’t have to face the heartbreak our friend endured. By participating in this fundraiser, we hope to support research and improve care for those affected by preeclampsia, and keep Lincoln’s memory alive in the most meaningful way possible. Together, we walk for him and his unbelievably strong mom, and for every family touched by this condition.
