I support Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina's mission to improve the quality of life of persons affected by bleeding disorders through advocacy, education, promotion of research, and delivery of supportive programs and services. My wife Teme and I have been volunteers with the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina for the past 15 years. We are part of the “Clot Hoppers” Team and our team captains, year in and year out, have been Kathy and Charles Register. Charlie passed away from pneumonia on October 1, 2025. We are bereft. Charlie had hemophilia and lived to be 75, which is amazing. He benefited from all of the medical treatment advances that are supported by the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina.
