The 20th CBRNE Command is honored to invite you to “Salute in Motion,” our annual EOD workout, taking place on November 24, 2025, at 6:30 AM at the Aberdeen Proving Ground Athletic Center.

Salute in Motion is more than just a workout—it’s a tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community. Together, we will move, sweat, and push ourselves in remembrance of the 345 EOD Technicians whose names are etched on the EOD Memorial Wall. This event is a powerful opportunity to honor their memory and stand united with the families they left behind.

Event Details:

• Who: Open to all – EOD Family (past and present), supporters of the EOD community, and anyone seeking a meaningful and challenging workout for a worthy cause.
• What: A physically demanding partner workout designed to honor fallen EOD technicians.
• When: November 24, 2025, at 6:30 AM
• Where: Athletic Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD

Workout Highlights:

• The workout is divided into four segments, representing the four branches of service with EOD technicians: Navy, Army, Marines, and Air Force.
• 16 Burpees symbolize the dreaded 16-point hit—a major safety violation during testing at EOD school.
• Completing the workout with a partner reminds us that we are never alone in our struggles, whether in the field or in life.
• Challenge yourself by completing Salute in Motion in a weighted vest!

Together, we will honor their legacy and demonstrate our unwavering support for the families who carry their memory forward.
