HOW IT WORKS:

• Register for your personal SOLE STAR fundraising page by clicking the REGISTER NOW button
• Choose the month in 2025 that you will run your SOLE STAR campaign ($50 registration fee covers the cost of your signature VBCF PINK SHOES)
• Choose Individual or Group SOLE STAR campaign option 
• Choose your shoe size and style 
• Receive confirmation from VBCF that your signature PINK SHOES have been ordered
• VBCF will send you graphics and logos to help you create your own social media campaigns that are fun and informative
• When your PINK SHOES arrive, start spreading the word about your SOLE STARS campaign on social media and email
• During your month-long campaign, take photos of yourself in your PINK SHOES to share with your supporters and raise awareness (and funds!) for VBCF! 

The SOLE STARS campaign engages leaders in our communities as representatives in the fight against breast cancer. As a SOLE STAR, we ask that you wear our signature pink shoes for a month and commit to raising at least $1,000 to support VBCF during that time. The money raised through the Western Virginia SOLE STARS campaign supports VBCF's education, advocacy, and access to care programs, including the western Virginia Screening & Diagnostic Service Fund programs in partnership with Augusta Health, Ballad Health, Carilion, and Centra. This program pays for uninsured and underinsured Virginians to receive breast health screening and diagnostic testing including mammograms, MRIs, ultrasounds, and biopsies.
