Thank you for visiting our |LiveStrong| - The Spinning Turtles team page! On Saturday, April 5th, our team will join friends and neighbors on a fleet of stationary bikes or playing Pickleball games as part of the Attleboro Norton YMCA's 2025 Spinathon!
2025 fundraising dollars will be raised to support your community and neighbors! Because of your efforts we will be able to do so much more and make an impact across our communities.
- Help us bring more children to camp this summer.
- Serve meals to our seniors
- Provide resources for every second grader from Attleboro to learn how to swim safety around water.
- Support adults with chronic diseases such as Parkinson disease and cancer.
- Provide financial assistance to qualified families and individuals in our communities
The Y and the LIVESTRONG Foundation have joined together to create LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a research-based program that provides support and guidance to help adult cancer survivors rebuild and gain strength. This 12-week program for adult cancer survivors meets twice a week. The YMCA wellness coaches are trained in the elements of cancer, post rehab exercise, and supportive cancer care.
This program is fully funded by generous donors to our Annual Campaign and is provided at no cost for cancer survivors. Participants are also granted a 12-week YMCA membership during the program. Space is limited!
