6 - 7 PM: Social hour with hors d'oeuvres, enjoy food and drink while listening to live music; be sure to browse the silent auction items on display

7 PM: Opening remarks, the dinner buffet opens

8:15 PM: The Online Silent Auction closes 

8:30 PM: The Live Auction begins, get ready for fast paced bidding with our professional team from Damewood Auctioneers

9:15 PM: Relax over dessert and coffee while listening to live music

9:30 PM: Checkout opens

10 PM: Closing remarks

STARS Gala Auction

Join us for an evening of fun and fellowship with a little friendly competition all in support of our school! Funds raised will be used for two important initiatives:

  • Facility Updates
  • Tuition Assistance 

This year's Auction offers two ticket  choices. Both tickets include a buffet dinner, dessert, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages along with an evening coffee bar:

  • the North Star ($80), non-alcholic beverages only, perfect for the designated driver
  • the Big Dipper ($110), offering unlimited drinks from the full service bar

If you have a group of friends and you all want to sit together, consider reserving a table for 10. Contact Mrs. Howser at phowser@aquinastars.org for more information on this option.

Our theme this year incorporates our school acronym, STARS, while also celebrating our founding Sisters. With that we are encouraging all attendees to dress in attire that is black, white, gold, or silver. This is a semi-formal event; attire is business cocktail.
