In a few sentences, describe your connection to U2FP, why you chose to run in support of U2FP, and whether you have a personal connection to spinal cord injury and paralysis:
I chose to run in support of U2FP because I thought it would be a great opportunity to showcase what they are doing and why it matters! I got a paralyzed in 2021 and since then I have come to realize that if we don't speak up and advocate for the importance of spinal cord injury research and all of its secondary conditions like incontinence, nerve pain and life threatening pressure sores then we will be living with this stuff until the end of time!
Is this your first marathon/race? If not, what others have you completed? It is my second marathon. Grandmas marathon was my first!
What do you crave after a long run? Dark Chocolate!
Do you listen to anything when you train or race? If yes, what? People cheering me on is my favorite things to hear.
What are you most excited and/or nervous about for the marathon? I am super excited about riding with my friends for a good cause!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Playing piano, making videos for social media, swimming, biking, meditating, having deep conversations with my friends and working towards my purpose of making life better for the disability community at large, with an emphasis on spinal cord injured people.

I am over the moon excited to be rolling with U2FP in this endeavor.
