Monadnock Humane Society holds a special place in my heart. As a volunteer dog walker, I’ve spent hours with shelter dogs, learning their quirks, gaining their trust, and watching them light up with just a little love and attention. I also share my home with rescue pets, so I know firsthand how much these animals have to give. MHS is more than just a shelter. It’s a community. I’ve walked their beautiful trails, taken part in their training classes, and seen the incredible impact they have on both animals and the people who love them. They even offer special training classes for dogs currently staying at the shelter, helping them build skills and confidence for their future homes. Their work changes lives, and I want to do my part to give back. Every dollar raised helps provide food, medical care, and a second chance for animals in need.
