Believe it or not, the Junior Achievement of WNY Bowl-a-Thon has been rolling strong for 40 years! After a brief pause during COVID, we came back better than ever — and last year hit a major milestone: raising over $200,000 for the first time in event history.
It has been a privilege to help bring the event back to life post-COVID and continue to grow its impact. I'm proud to be part of the celebration and to support an organization that's making a real difference in our Western New York community.
Junior Achievement empowers students from elementary through high school with essential life skills — from understanding needs vs. wants and how communities work, to exploring careers, budgeting, credit, investing, and even entrepreneurship. These are real-world lessons, delivered in a hands-on way, with proven results.
To honor Bowl-a-thon's 40th anniversary, my personal fundraising goal is $400!
Every dollar helps give local students the tools they need to succeed in school, work, and life. Thank you in advance for any support you can provide.
