For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with Junior Achievement, sharing financial education with students right in their classrooms. What started as a simple desire to help has grown into a true passion—there’s something incredibly rewarding about watching young people gain confidence as they learn skills that will shape their futures.
The Bowl-A-Thon is one of my favorite parts of volunteering. It blends two things I love: supporting the local community and raising money for a mission I believe in. Knowing that every dollar helps bring financial literacy, career readiness, and real‑world skills to even more students makes the event especially meaningful. Plus, it’s a fun way to come together, celebrate the impact we’re making, and push that impact a little further each year.
In short: I volunteer because financial education changes lives—and I bowl because it helps make that change possible.
