This will be our 4th year participating in the Lunge Forward 5k in honor of Jim Warren. Jim lost his brief but most courageous battle with lung cancer in April of 2022. Each year, on his birthday, we reestablish our team Jim’s Jammin’ Joggers. We believe the most impactful way to honor his memory is by sharing his story to raise funds to support awareness, education, direct services to patients and families and most importantly research through the Lung Cancer Initiative of NC. In this way, we continue Jim’s powerful legacy of being of service to others.
