Course

The route is 1.5 or 3 miles in length along a paved-path, mostly adjacent to the water.  It begins on the field's warning track, exits the field, walks down a short distance of Auburn Rd toward a paved path along the river.  It ends at the Belfor gate with local high school cheerleaders encouraging you to finish the walk! If you prefer to just walk the warning track, that is more than fine.

Water will be distributed at the start of the route.  Hero signs are visible along the route.  Take and share photos of your Hero signs.

Wagons, walkers, and strollers are welcomed along the route.  Dogs are not allowed at the venue.

Because the route is located on an outdoor paved path, we suggest wearing bug repellent, sunscreen, and a hat.  There are no restrooms along the route.  There is also a restroom located on the concourse of the field.

Take your time – the walk is not a race and it is not timed.

Note: there is no expectation to walk the route!  Feel free to mingle and connect with others, visit the sponsor tables, photobooth, enjoy lunch, or the kids korner.
