Our 2026 theme, Inventing Hope, is inspired by the spirit of inquiry and discovery embodied by Benjamin Franklin. The Franklin Institute's mission is to inspire a passion for learning about science and technology, and this year's gala celebrates the spark that fuels curiosity, inspires innovation, and drives discovery.
