Held at the historic University Club of New York, this special evening raises critical funds to remove the barriers that often prevent a patient from receiving treatment.

For more than three decades, the Icla da Silva Foundation has provided direct assistance to thousands of patients and their families. Funds raised through the Hope Gala help cover essential non-medical expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and caregiver support, ensuring financial hardship never stands in the way of treatment.

Dr. Alexandre and Josephine de Moura serve as Co-Chairs of the 2026 Hope Gala, continuing their support of the Icla da Silva Foundation following Dr. de Moura's recognition as our 2025 Honoree. Pedro and Iracilda Lichtinger return as Co-Chairs of the 2026 Hope Gala, reflecting their longstanding commitment to the Icla da Silva Foundation. Following Pedro's recognition as our 2024 Honoree and through Iracilda's service on our Board of Directors, they continue to champion our mission and the families we serve.
