2026 Move Your Pheet FAQs

What is Move Your Pheet?

Move Your Pheet is an annual fundraising and movement challenge held each May in celebration of PKU Awareness Month. This dynamic event encourages participants to get moving through walking, running or biking—all while raising funds to support National PKU Alliance and its mission to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by PKU. However you decide to Move Your Pheet, whether hosting your own in-person event or a virtual format, you will be making a big impact!

What is Move Your Pheet raising money for?

Funds raised during the Move Your Pheet fundraising challenge will go towards supporting the mission of National PKU Alliance, including:

  • Community support programs
  • Educational resources for navigating life with PKU, from birth through adulthood
  • PKU Patient Registry
  • Research of exciting new treatments, such as gene therapy and medical devices, like a home Phe monitor

Yes! Follow the steps outlined on this page to display your Strava activity within your fundraising page.
