LeRoy was found as a stray in Henderson NC and placed at the Vance county shelter. His original owners had cut his ears. He got adopted in August 2024. He again was found as a stray and his new owners told the shelter they can keep him. One of my dogs had passed right after Christmas and I found a video of LeRoy on Facebook and he had the same look in his eyes that my Wyatt would have. I knew this was our new family member. I drove from Schenectady to Henderson NC from 1030pm and arrived at the shelter at 8 am to meet our new boy. We believe Wyatt sent this boy to us to make my husband and I and Mabel our 12 yr old pup happy again. LeRoy has made us all happy!
