I was diagnosed with preeclampsia when I was pregnant with my son which lead me to having him at 37 weeks 1 day I was constantly battling with my blood pressure being high I was placed on medication and the day my son was born my blood pressure was so high my OB said I could’ve had a stroke or seizure at any moment so for my safety and my sons we did an emergency c-section on Oct 7th 2025 when he was scheduled for Oct 13th which would’ve put him at 38 weeks. My son spent 56 days in the NICU and was able to come home on Nov 29th 2025 was home for a month and was back in the hospital for 15 days when my son was born he was born with trisomy 21/Down syndrome so this fundraiser and even hold a special place in my heart
