The Puppy Jake Foundation provides service dogs that perform tasks and provide companionship for American veterans with disabilities at no cost to the veterans or their families. Our service dogs are trained to ease anxiety through pressure therapy or assist with mobility issues such as being a brace when the veteran gets up out of a chair or opening doors or picking things up off the floor.

It takes more than $25,000, two years and countless volunteer hours to raise a single service dog. With a waiting list and dogs that needs to be retired, we are working hard to meet the need of service dogs.
