Rock the Oaks Returns with a Fresh New Sound at Peltzer Winery
Oak Grove Center’s beloved benefit concert, Rock the Oaks, is back for 2026 with an exciting new format designed to bring the community together in a more interactive, family-friendly way, while raising critical funds to support at-risk and special needs youth.
This year, the event moves to the beautiful Peltzer Winery in Temecula Valley, offering a relaxed outdoor setting perfect for an evening of live music, local talent, and community connection.
Taking place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, Rock the Oaks will feature one dynamic show, a change from previous years’ two-show format, allowing guests to experience the full event from start to finish.
Doors open at 4:00 PM, with the evening kicking off at 4:30 PM with the debut of the Rising Star Showcase, presented by Gwyn Sanborn of SoCal Music Unlimited. This special opening segment highlights local youth and emerging performers, including talent from the Oak Grove community.
A special highlight of the showcase will be a performance by the Oak Grove Youth Band, giving guests a powerful, firsthand look at the impact of Oak Grove’s programs and the creativity and confidence being built through music.
At 6:00 PM, the energy ramps up as the main event, “Crush the Stage,” begins. This portion of the evening is proudly sponsored by Heyday Records. Four local bands, Get Down Party, Shockwave, Rose Line, and Patch of Gravity, will take the stage, each bringing their unique sound and fan base. While not a traditional battle of the bands, the groups will be competing in a meaningful way: to see who can raise the most funds in support of Oak Grove Center’s mission.
Throughout the evening, DJ Chris Static will keep the energy high with live beats between sets, creating a seamless and engaging concert experience.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of food trucks and local vendors, making Rock the Oaks a true community celebration with something for everyone.
