I am incredibly excited join the 2026 Texas 4000 cycling team on a mission of spreading hope, knowledge, and charity on our journey from Austin to Alaska.

 On my journey toward a career in medicine, I have developed a passion for advocacy and fundraising for cancer research. As part of my senior capstone project, I spent many hours shadowing at Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center, where I met young patients and families facing cancer. Their stories and strength deeply inspired me, and I gained a profound appreciation for how research continues to transform cancer care.

Later this year, I will begin my medical training at UT Southwestern Medical School but this summer, I ride for the children I have met. Those currently in treatment, those living in remission, and those who have lost their lives fighting cancer. I ride with hope for a future where fewer children suffer from cancer, and more are cured.

I also ride in memory of my grandmother, who passed away from ovarian cancer five years ago. Her selflessness and resilience motivates me to push keep riding; for her, and for everyone else impacted by this disease.

Your donation will help fund cancer research, patient support services, and the logistics of our 4,000-mile ride across North America. Every Dollar helps us spread the mission of Texas 4000.
