Our volunteers are truly at the heart of what we do. Each year, the Triangle LUNGe Forward depends on dedicated community members who bring energy, kindness, and spirit to the event. Whether you’re organizing materials at sunrise or cheering on participants at the finish line, your support makes the day unforgettable.

We love celebrating our volunteers and hope you’ll join in the festive, fun atmosphere of race day. All volunteers will receive a volunteer tshirt.

Age Requirements:
Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Those 17 and under will need parent/guardian consent to participate.
