Why I Fundraise for the Walk for the Animals!

Thank you for visiting my VCA Walk for the Animals fundraising page!

February 2026 will be my 18th year working at the Humane Society of Broward County. There have been so many positive changes in our community and in animal welfare overall in the past 20 years and I am so proud to be part of the change. 

With support from donors like you, the VCA Walk for the Animals has been the Humane Society of Broward County’s largest and most impactful annual fundraiser for over 35 years! Your support makes a real difference, every dollar raised helps provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to the thousands of animals who pass through the shelter each year.

In addition to adoption services, HSBC also offers low-cost vaccines and preventatives, spay/neuter services, end-of-life services, humane education, kids camps and clubs, pet loss support groups, positive behavior & training, and so much more.
