Me and Skye, my new rescue from Dominica!

Skye was one of the lucky dogs who traveled to Fort Lauderdale from the island country of Dominica with a Flight Angel. (A traveler who volunteered to bring her here) Skye ended up at the Humane Society of Broward County but did not stay long! As soon as I saw this sweetie, I ran to the adoptions counter to place my hold on her. Skye jumped into my arms and my husband's arms the first time we met her. You can't say no to that kind of energy! The rest is history...we love our new girl so much!
