Thank you for visiting my VCA Walk for the Animals fundraising page!
I am honored to serve as the President of PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving) for the 2025–2026 fundraising season. Founded in 1997, this dedicated auxiliary of the Humane Society of Broward County has worked tirelessly to raise awareness about and significant funds to help local animals in need.
For over 35 years, the VCA Walk for the Animals has been the Humane Society of Broward County’s largest and most impactful annual fundraiser. Your support makes a real difference, every dollar raised helps provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to the thousands of animals who pass through their doors each year.
In addition to adoptions and the services listed above, the Humane Society of Broward County provides services that go above and beyond in helping our community. I am especially touched to know that last year, 1,025 animals were able to remain in their homes through the efforts of the surrender prevention program. Whether it was supplying a struggling family with needed pet food or providing behavior training that makes a difference, these pets were able to remain with the families that love them.
