Sam was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes just after he turned 4. He is now 8! Sam loves playing baseball and football and loves to run. He doesn't let T1D hold him back. Camp Seale Harris has give Sam the opportunity to see that he isn't alone on this rollercoaster. Please help him raise money for the organization that brings him so much joy!
