How do I log into my account?
Click Log In or Sign Up at the top right of the PFF Walk main page at pffwalk.org
Is my username and password the same as last year?
Yes. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.
What do I do if I forget my username and password?
Your username is your email address. After clicking “Forgot your password?” you will be prompted to enter your email address, and if an account with your email was found in our system, a password reset email will be sent.
How do I start a team?
Forming a Walk team is simple! At pffwalk.org, choose the city you will be walking in and then click “Register For This Event.” If it is your first time on the site, you will need to register and create an account. Then you will be provided the options to either Join a Team, Create a Team, or Register as a Walker.
I tried to register as a member of a team, but I don’t see my team listed?
Your team leader may not have registered yet. Reach out to your team leader to see if they have registered, or if the team name has changed.
Do I have to register in order to Walk?
Yes, we want to know you will be walking with us! Every walker also needs to sign a standard waiver in the registration process. Click HERE for a video walking you through the registration process step-by-step!
Is there a registration fee for PFF Walk?
No, it is free to participate at the PFF Walk! However, we suggest that every walker make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against pulmonary fibrosis. Walkers who raise at least $100 will receive a PFF Walk t-shirt.
Do I need to register my children for the Walk?
Yes, when you reach the registration summary screen during your own registration process you will be asked if you would like to add additional registrants. Click the “Add Additional Registrant” button to register other family members, or to register children or people without an email address as a non-fundraising participant. You can also register them later by clicking “Manage Registrations” on the left hand side of your Fundraising Dashboard.
A family member registered me, how do I log into my fundraising dashboard?
If your family member registered you and provided your email address, you will get an email indicating that you have been registered for the PFF Walk and prompting you to change your password. Once you have updated your password, you can log into your fundraising dashboard at pffwalk.org and start fundraising!
How can my company participate in or sponsor a Walk?

What is my Fundraising Dashboard?
Your Fundraising Dashboard is your online portal for your PFF Walk fundraising efforts. On your Fundraising Dashboard you will find tools to set up your fundraising page, send emails, and check your fundraising progress. Click HERE for an overview of your Fundraising Dashboard.
How do I change a photo or video that I uploaded to my fundraising page?
To change your profile photo, you can hover over your profile photo on the My Fundraising Dashboard main page and click “Change Profile Image.” By clicking on “Edit My Page” on the bottom left of the My Fundraising Dashboard main page, you will be taken to your personal fundraising page. From your personal fundraising page you can click the gear icons to add photos and update content on your page. Click HERE to learn how to personalize your fundraising page.
What options are there to send social messages to my contacts?
From your main Fundraising Dashboard you are able to share your personal fundraising page or your team fundraising page on Facebook. You will also see links for your personal page, your Facebook fundraising page, or your team page that you are able to copy and share.
What options are there to send email messages to my contacts?
From your Fundraising Dashboard, click on “send a fundraising email.” You will be directed to a page where you can title your email, choose an editable email template or create your own email, and add in the email addresses of your friends and family to send the email directly through your Fundraising Dashboard. Where do I update my goal on my personal page?
From the Fundraising Dashboard, click on “update my goal” underneath the thermometer on the right side of the page. Click HEREto learn how to update your fundraising goal.
How do I connect my Walk fundraising page to a Facebook Fundraiser?
After logging in to your Fundraising Dashboard, you will see a blue box in the center of the screen that says “show your support with a Facebook fundraiser.” Click “Connect to Facebook” and then enter a title and description of why you are participating in the PFF Walk. Facebook donations will show up on your fundraising page listed as Facebook donor, and all the donations will count toward your goal and help your thermometer rise!

How/where do I turn in cash and check donations?
To improve safety and efficiency, the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation has moved toward a cashless system. You can help us go cashless by converting your cash into money orders or checks, or donating online with your credit card. Checks, cash and money orders can also be sent to our office in advance of the walk to: Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation
