Grace Centers of Hope was established in 1942. It is one of the largest faith-based, long-term life skills programs for those afflicted by homelessness, addiction, and abuse in southeast Michigan. Grace Centers of Hope provides help and hope to those in need without any government funding. ***NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING! - They depend on fundraising and their thrift store to help those in need!***

They offer programs for men, women, and children who are seeking shelter and healing for their souls. True change begins when the hurts of the heart are healed. Our Christian based approach to life skills offers the community and accountability which is so critical for long-term success.

Programs and services are not denied to anyone regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other background. This is also consistent with our employment practices and welcoming of volunteers and donors. Men, women, and families can come to Grace Centers of Hope having a different faith, the same faith, or no faith at all and are not required to adhere to any faith-based position as a condition of service. From our experience, lasting and sustainable change comes from within. That's why we address the whole person--body, mind, and spirit.
