Cakes, and icing, and sprinkles OH MY!
This Holiday season, the biggest battle won’t be between you and the busy stores or trying to get the kids to sleep on Christmas Eve. Meals on Wheels of Greenville heads back into the kitchen for the biggest decorating battle of the season...MEALED IT!
Join in on the fun – or – mayhem as returning competitors executive director Catriona Carlisle and board member Lucas Marchant, along with new competitor Zach Freeman of First Palmetto Bank, battle it out in this years biggest competition yet. They will battle the clock, and each other, as they attempt to re-create a confection presented by Ann-Marie Sanderson, owner and principal baker of A Little Something Bakery.
Mealed It! will go live on November 29, 2022 at 7 p.m. on our Facebook page (live link to come). You’ll be able to watch the live stream and donate to vote for who you think did the best job at replicating the professionally decorated confection. Stay tuned afterwards for the winner reveal on our Facebook Live.
With a goal of raising $25,000, your donations and votes will immediately impact Meals on Wheels of Greenville as we continue our mission of delivering #MoreThanMeals to those who are homebound in the Greenville Community. This event is the culmination of our Giving Tuesday efforts. These funds will help purchase Holiday bags for all of our clients. During this Holiday season, it’s more important than ever to show support to those who are isolated and struggle to prepare a warm meals during the cold months.
