As many of our friends and family know, we lost Jeff (my dad) in October of 2023 to MDS which progressed into AML (Acute Myeloid leukemia). Watching my dad go through this was one of the most difficult things I have faced, but throught it all, he was fighting and loving. With his birthday being in May, I would like to take this month every year and honor him with this 5K fundraiser. My prayer is that I can raise awareness and help others who may be fighting this themeselves or supporting a loved one who is fighting. We fight together! Above all, may God be glorified.
