Hi Friends & Family!

It's been quite the year for Caydence since our walk last October! Caydence made it through many, many, MANY medical tests, poking, prodding, a hospital stay and was finally diagnosed with Primary sclerosing cholangitis-autoimmune hepatitis (PSC-AIH) overlap syndrome this past winter. She is almost done with the first course of treatment, but this will be a life long condition we will need treat and monitor. She is handling it great though and no longer has any pain. Caydence also finished her first year of High School and will be a Sophomore this fall. She is VERY excited!

Last year's Down Syndrome Awareness Walk was VERY HOT, so we are hoping for some cooler temperatures this year. Thank you to everyone who has supported our team over the years and helped to support our local Down Syndrome Association and people with Down Syndrome like Caydence in our community.

The 23rd Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk will again be at Fireman's Park in DeForest on October 6, 2024. To support our team Caring 4 Caydence, you can register and join us on the day of the walk OR sponsor our team by donating! Register by September 2nd to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
