2017 Annual Campaign - For a better us.

The Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening our community. What you may not know is just how much need we have in our community.

Each year the YMCA gives away more than $368,000 in financial assistance, memberships, and free programs to help support our neighbors in need. This includes After School Child Care in eight area schools, Summer Camp, family memberships, youth sports, team sports, and so much more. This funding also supports free YMCA programs such as Parenting Classes, Teen Nights, and SPLASH learn-to-swim week.

Each year we embark upon an annual fundraising campaign to ensure no one is turned away from our YMCA due to an inability to pay. We want to do even more for our community. Your gift to the YMCA's annual campaign is a gift to support others. A  donation to the annual campaign provides child care, healthy living programs, and most importantly the enouragement and sense of community support that struggling families in our area need.

Legacy Club

In addition to our Annual Campaign, the YMCA's endowment is a major support for the Glens Falls YMCA's financial assistance and scholarship programs. Legacy gifts made to the Y help us sustain financial assistance for future generations.
