I am on the Young Professionals Board of Junior Achievement, an educational non-profit that provides financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship programs to K-12 graders in local public schools within the Central Virginia Region. I also volunteer in the local schools to teach ethics and professional character to students. Bowl for JA is our largest fundraiser, and financial support from companies, foundations, and individuals allows JA to offer programing to schools free of charge. Last year, we served nearly 27,000 students through more than 275,000 instructional hours. All donations are tax deductible.
