"Over the outline of the county lines are the spires of the Black Hills, upper left and the Spruce trees, the Badlands, lower left, and Native dancers on the rights. The details of the tree are in the center top. Two stones, a fish fossil in rock and piece of pipestone, which the Natives used to make peace pipes."
