Having Trouble?

1.  Switch your search engine to Chrome or Firefox.

2.  If you would like to add your credit card number to bid on the amazing items in the Hall of Fame auction, log-in to Qgiv https: //secure.qgiv.com/control/forms/971022/. Have your ticket code ready. For questions, follow the guidance of the registration video below. 

3.  If you have the givi app, log in and click on the 'Events' button at the bottom of the app. Click on 'Enter Auction'. 

4.  To get back to the Main Event from the Auction page, click on the open tab at the top of your screen with symbol.

5.  Scroll down to see more fixes.

Step by Step Registration Guidance on Qgiv

Registration is not Complete on Qgiv

To finish your registration, you will need to enter your ticket code and add your payment information. You will receive an email with your ticket code and a registration link with the subject line; Your 2021 Hall of Fame: LIVE from Pebble Beach! Ticket: Individual Tickets directly from the event website for security purposes. 

The email will look like this (below). If you will be watching the Hall of Fame on a desktop computer, you don’t need to download the smartphone app. Look for the "Enter your ticket code to start bidding online now" just like the one highlighted below. Click on it and the link will auto-load your individual ticket code to finish registration. If you’d rather not, that’s fine! But I hope the auction and fund-a-need is something you are interested in because all the funds go directly to JA students, so I encourage you to look at the amazing auction items (over 80!) where you will get great deals on some incredible items and opportunities. The auction is open now!

To request another email with your ticket code, please email Alisa at amaccormac@janorcal.org. Make sure to include the first and last name of the ticket holder.

To view the Hall of Fame, you will receive an email from Hopin with a button.

This email will come to you from Junior Achievement of Northern California no-reply@hopin.com. Click on the 'Login & Join Event' button, and that's it! Enjoy the show!!

Using Hopin

Hopin is an event platform that allows you to visit virtual rooms and network. You are in control of what you want to see, similar to attending an event in person.

  • A navigation bar is on the left where you can navigate into different "rooms". Rooms will be turned on and off according to the agenda. Open rooms will be activated and show when they are live. 
  • A Chat/Q & A feature on the right to ask questions or "talk" to other visitors. 
  • To share your contact information, add personal content into your profile by clicking on the blue dot in the upper righthand corner with your initials in it. 
  • The bell icon next to your profile marker in the upper right corner is where to request to network with someone. If someone requests to network with you, the bell with activate, then click on the bell to accept.
