The End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) Project is a national and international end-of-life/palliative care educational program administered by City of Hope (COH) designed to enhance palliative care in nursing. Materials are copyrighted by City of Hope and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) and are used with permission.

Nurses, Social Workers, Other Allied Health Practitioners
This two-day course is designed to prepare nurses to provide quality care for infants, children and adolescents with advanced illness at the end of life.

Accreditation Statement - Nursing
Sparrow Health System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This course is also approved by the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative, which is the approving body for the Michigan Board of Social Work. Attendees must attend the entire program and submit a completed evaluation in order to receive contact hours.
