On Sunday, March 1, 2026 I will participate in Polar Plunge® Chicago for Special Olympics Illinois presented by Special Children's Charities, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! Special Olympis is an organization that is near and dear to my heart. My niece Amelia, who is autistic, was able to compete in swimming thanks to Special Olympics. I am excited to take on the challenge and jump into Lake Michigan's chilly waters to support thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
