I have had the opportunity to be involved with the RMHC for over 10 years, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for 8 years. When I joined the Board, Jane told me “The best board members are the ones that get their families involved in the house as well.” Since then my wife and children have joined me to serve in multiple aspects of the house - from front desk shifts, to Adopt A Meal monthly as a family, to the 25th anniversary and most recently the 30th Anniversary silent auction. Additionally, my company, Walgreens, has supported the House annually with successful fundraisers from our employees and customers. I am very proud of the mission of the House, and am thankful to have shared that mission with many aspects of my life over the years. I look forward to the chance to raise funds for Wine, Women, and Shoes and for the chance to be crowned King of the Sole.
