​​​Q. What do I need to know if I want to bid in the ONLINE silent auction auction only?
A. If you are NOT attending the live auction, you DO need to register to bid online. Please register by clicking "Tickets" and choose the option "ONLINE silent auction ONLY". There is no cost to register, however in order to participate bidding for any silent auction packages, you will need to create an account and register your card.

​​​Q. If I attend the live auction, do I need to register for the online silent auction also?
A. No. If you attend the live auction, you are automatically registered to also participate in the online silent auction.

Q. What time does the auction event start at LeMay Car Museum and what is the attire?
A. The doors open for check-in and registration just before 5:30 p.m. The cocktail hour will be from 5:30 - 6:50 p.m and the live auction will start at 7:00 p.m. The attire is formal. Black tie optional. 

Q. If buying more than one ticket, do I need to add names?
A. Yes, you will need to have your guest's information to enter at the time of purchasing tickets. 

Q. Can I bring anyone to the LCS Auction?
A. Yes! The LCS Auction is open to all friends and family!

Q. Now that I have registered, how do I get ready for the Auction?
A. Closer to the event, you will be sent an email or receive a text message with a link to information and reminders for the event, bidding and when new packages are about to open or have been added. Properly filling out all your information and registering your credit card online expedites your time at check-in at the auction and is the only way you may bid on any items. If a table host has entered information for you, it is important that they include your current email address and or your phone number so we can reach you to process your information and assign you a bid number.

Q. What is the Dessert Dash?
A. For the Dessert Dash, every table works together to pool donations into one collective bid. Tables are then ranked based on their table contributions. Guests then dash for delectable desserts before returning to the auction proceedings.

Q. If I am a winning bidder in the silent auction at the live auction site, how do I get my items?
A. Silent auction items (not available online!) for bidding at LeMay may be picked up the night of the auction at the time of checkout. Any items not picked at the time of checkout, will be available for pick up starting Monday, March 31 in the Development office. 

Q. If I am a winning bidder in the ONLINE silent auction, how do I get my items?
A. Online silent items may be picked up in the Development office starting on Monday, March 31.

Q. Where can I park at LeMay Car Museum?
A. Guests may use the parking lot at LeMay Car Museum to park. The parking fee is included in your ticket price.
